Turning Things Around
Habakkuk 3:1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth.
The word SHIGIONOTH means: to transgress, to go astray, to sin through ignorance, and to wander.
The prophet is saying a prayer to God on behalf of those who have transgressed, have gone astray and have wandered away from the faith.
What was the prayer that Habakkuk prayed? Verse 2: "O Lord, I have heard they speech, and was afraid: O Lord, revive they work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make know; in wrath remember mercy."
What does revive mean? To live, give life, nourish up, preserve, quicken, repair, restore, to declare or show.
Hosea 6:1-3
Jesus came to separate us from the world. The ministry gifts came to bring the separated ones into unity. Ephesians 4:12, 13 "For the perfecting (equipping) of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying (building up) of the body of Christ: till we all come in the UNITY of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:"
Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."
Genesis 2:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
God created man in His image and likeness. God is bringing His people back to the original state. To be clothed in the glory of God. Ezekeial 1:26-28 "And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it. And I saw as the color of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it fromt he appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it wre the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about. As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake."
When God breathed into Adam's nostrils, He was breathing His very essence or His life. Adam became a living soul. When we praise God with our "HALLELUJAH'S" we are giving praise to Jehovah. Notice the "H". You're exhaling or breathing life.!!!
Joel 2:25, 26, 28-32, Joel 3:16
Notice the word "AFTERWARD" in verse 28. Before the great outpouring of the Spirit, all will be restored. Why? To pay for this great outpouring!!! TV, radio, all will still have to be paid for!
Hope in verse 16 means: A place of refuge or shelter or trust. God will be our shelter. (Psalm 61:3, Deut. 33:27, 2 Samuel 22:3, Psalm 46:1, Psalm 91:2)
Hope also means restoration. God is restoring broken families, broken relationships, finances, health. Whatever has been stolen from you will be restored.
The devil has to make restitution. The word restitution means: restoring something to its rightful owner. This world was giving to man, it's is being returned.
RESTORATION: bringing back to a former condition, bringing back to an improved condition.
Isaiah 42:5-9 The body of Christ has been in a "survival mode". Just getting by, satisfied. It's time for us to get up, stop being satisfied and enter into this restoration. God calls us to be overcomers not mere survivors.
Many say "There isn't any new thing under the sun." God says He declares a NEW thing and we are to sing NEW songs to Him!! 2 Corinthians 5:17 says we are NEW creatures in Christ. We must cast off the "survival mentality" as blind Bartimeous cast away the beggars garment and believe for maximum results.
God lives by faith. He believes in us. We are all He ahs to work with in the realm. We need to believe God because this is the generation that will usher in King Jesus.
Joshua 5:9, 12 400 years in bondage "Land of lack or not enough". Wilderness "Land of just enough" Canaan "Land of MORE than enough".
Deut. 8:7-10 describes the land that flows with milk & honey. Deut. 8:4 says "Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did they foot swell, these forty years."

It's not "IF" the vision comes, but WHEN it comes. The vision will come.
Malachi 3:10 qualifies you to be a partaker in this last day restitution. When you tithe God knows you can be trusted with His money. When you give offerings He knows you can be trusted with your's
Romans 12:1, 2
Deut. 8:18 God is raisng up a army that will go boldly into the enemies camp and take back what has been stolen. Not only as individuals but as a corporate body as well. 1 Samuel30:8
Exodus 35:5, 21 Their hearts were stirred to give. Run reference on the word "Stirred" and you wil, find it means a rising mist, to disperse, to be able to get or reach.
Willing: spontaneous abundant gift, to make a vow.
They gave gold (the glory of God), silver (redemption), and brass (purification).
Exodus 36:4, 5 The body of Christ is growing up or maturing. We no longer will throw money to the preach or ministry that cries the loudest or sheds the most tears. People will begin to give from their heart, not in a duty sense but a spontaneous offering a willing offering. There will be a time when we will be told to stop giving because we have to much stuff!!!
When you sown into the ministry, not only does that seed help that ministry, but as that seed grows other people's lives will be ministered to and they in turn will sow seeds that will affect lives.
The gospel (good news) will be published all over the land. Habukkuk 2:14
When that knowledge comes not just a few folks will see it. The media will have to report what is happening and they will not distort the truth.
John 17:22 The glory is a blessing. John 14:19, 20
The Glory is here, we just haven't had the knowledge of it.
Exodus 33:13, 14, 17-19 Moses asked to see God's glory, God said "I'll show you my goodness and mercy. Goodness & mercy are two attributes of God's glory.
The goodness of God is part of the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5).
2 Corinthians 4:6, 7 What is the treasure? It's the knowledge of the glory of the Lord! We are that earthen vessel.
What does GLORY mean? It's the radiant visable manifestation of the presence of the Lord.
1 Corinthians 2:14 Exodus 33:21, 22
"THE PLACE BY ME" Who is by God now? Jesus, the Anointed One and the anointing. The anointing is the glory of God. You shall stand on a rock (revelation of who Jesus is) in a cleft of the rock: in the anointing. Notice God told Moses, my goodness shall pass by, but what did He call it here: MY GLORY!!! We can see God's glory and live!!!
How will the unbeliever recognize the glory when they see it? They will see how good God's been to us.
Isaiah 60:1, 2 Don't ignore the darkness (it's there). Notice the word "BUT", As the world gets darker, "BUT" the church will get brighter. God never has and never will let the devil get ahead of Him. Thank God for that.
God's glory is manifested in many forms: clouds, lightening, thunder, and fire. We can't put God in a box, we can't figure Him out that way. He once dwelt in a man mae temple, but now He dwells in our tabernacle. We are His temple now!!! SHOUT HALLELUJAH!!1
Characteristics of God's glory: rest, confidence, peace, goodness, and mercy.
Rest comes when all striving with your human ability ceases (not by mighty, nor by power, but by MY SPIRIT, says the Lord). When you are at rest you are at peace. Rest creates confidence. The unbeliever will see it and the lost will be won not by your preaching at them but by your life.
Psalm 23 Goodness & mercy (God's glory) follow us all our days. When His glory follows us the natural has to give way to the supernatural. God's super rubs on your natural.
When the goodness of God is upon you, it is a manifestation of the radiant presence of the Lord. Isaiah 65:24
Genesis 30:43, 31:1, Glory is wealth.
Proverbs 13:22 (AMP.)" The wealth of the sinner finds its way EVENTUALLY into the hands of the righteous."
EVENTUALLY is here and it's here NOW!!!!
Matthew 8:28, 29 (Message) Those demons were not expecting Jesus to show up. God is saying to the devil "TIME"S UP" it's time for restoration.
If you feel like this is the worst time in your life or what you're going through is the worst that is a good indication you have the devil in his place, (UNDER YOUR FEET) If you have done all to stand REJOICE! If he could have stopped you, he would have, but HE CAN"T!
Mark 1:14, 15 Jesus came preaching the good news. He was decreeing TIME"S UP. What was Jesus declaring? Luke 4:18
What is the acceptable year of the Lord? The year of jubilee!!! We have been mad free. John 8:32
Acts 3:19-21 Notice the times are more than once. There will be many times of refreshing in Him. Refreshing is at time of recovery from heat.
Ezekial 47:1-9 Under current of the ocean ankle deep (born again) knee deep (baptized in Holy Ghost) waist deep (losing control of self & renewing the mind), swimming water (transformed into His image).
James 4:7, Psalm 126 1-3 describes the times of refreshing. Isaiah 10:27 The anointing is what brings that refreshing.
Psalm 126:5, 6 You may have sowed in tears but you will reap in joy.
Spontaneous combustion: process of catching fire and burning as a result of heat generated from an internal chemical reaction.
Joy is the process of catching fire and burning as a result of heat which comes from the Holy Ghost, generated by internal action of faith.
When this type of joy comes the unbeliever will say "the Lord has done great things for you!!! They don't know it but they are saying "I see the glory on them."
Men can debate our explanations (words) but they cannot debate our demonstrations (glory). The world is tired of our talking. They are hungry for God. People are searching for something. That is why the devil has come up with all the various occults, and hotlines.
If we develop our integrity we will never have a problem accepting God's integrity. The reason many people have a hard time believing God and His word is because they think He acts like them.
Faith is a deep conviction that God cannot lie. His Word is always the truth. If His word is good enough for blind Bartimaeus, the leaper and Lazarus, then it's good enough for you and me.
